1. Due to the deficit of funding, the originally planned conference for final presentation at Huisun Forest Station will be relocated to Tunghai University. The conference will be held on 6/1 and 6/2, and the location will be announced before the event.

2. Restatement of what had been announced at the beginning of this semester: Those who have any difficulty attending the conference during the scheduled weekend can submit a request before 5/17 for a make-up session. Those who encounter unexpected emergency on the conference date can apply before 6/5 for a make-up session. The make-up session will be held during the regular class hours, and the exact time will be decided after the submission for request is closed. (Attendance at the make-up session is mandatory for all!)
